  • Comparables report showing the value of the property
  • Repair estimate report showing what you will be doing to the
  • Written description of your investing and rehabbing experience
  • Fully executed contract
  • Copy of bank accounts where your liquid cash is for downpayment and repairs
  • Last two years of tax returns
  • Copy of your drivers license
  • Operating agreement if you are taking the title in an LLC, Corp, LP, etc
  • After receiving these documents, you will hear from us within 48 hours with an approval or decline
  • If approved, we will send loan documents to your title company.
  • Title Company will send us the HUD-1 for review.
  • Private Capital Lending funds the loan at closing.
